Michelle’s mission is to help organizations have a profound impact on their employees, businesses, and communities through their DEI work.

Michelle is the Founder and CEO of Equity At Work™, known for creating innovative solutions for even the most complex DEI challenges. Michelle is
also on the Investment Committee of RevTech Venture Capital, on the Advisory Board of AI firm Theatro, and has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Bloomberg, and more. Before this, she spent 25 years working at Accenture, Kurt Salmon, Macy’s Inc., and The Walt Disney Company.

Throughout his career, Jamey has taken teams where employees feel disengaged, voiceless, and powerless and transformed them into thriving environments in which team members are seen, heard, valued, and empowered to do their best work.
